The Federation of Metal Detector and Archaeological Clubs Inc. (FMDAC) - Online club dedicated to the preservation, promotion, and protection for the hobby of recreational metal detecting and prospecting.

Metal Detecting Rights Foundation - Promoting and defending your right to enjoy the recreational hobby of metal detecting on public use lands and waterways.

Public Lands for the People - Online organization representing and assisting outdoor user groups and individuals interested in keeping public and private lands open to prospecting, mining, and outdoor recreation through public education, scientific data, and legal means.

Local Metal Detecting Clubs

Maryland Free-State Treasure Club - Meets the last Thursday of every month, 7:00pm, at Victory Villa Community Center, 404 Compass Rd., Baltimore, MD 21220.

Eastern Shore Treasure Club - ESTC meetings are held the first Thursday of each month at 7:30PM at the American Legion in Stevensville, MD. Guests and new members are welcome to attend.

Shore Seekers Artifact & Recovery Club - Meets the second Tuesday of every month, 7pm, at the Community Hall of the Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church, intersection of Hobbs Rd. and Mt. Hermon Rd, Salisbury, MD.

Lancaster Research and Recovery Club - Meets the first Tuesday of every month at the Kiwanis Pavilion #22 (on Kiwanis Drive) in the Lancaster County Park.

Tidewater Coin and Relic Club - Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at Pretlow Library, 111 Ocean View Avenue, Norfolk, Va. 23503. Doors open at 6:30 PM, meeting starts at 7 PM.

Civil War Metal Detecting Club (offline) - Online club that informs members of periodic Civil War relic hunting trips.

South Jersey Metal Detecting Club - Meets the 2nd Thursday of every month at the Haddon Heights Municipal Building, 625 Station Ave. Camden County NJ . Meetings start at 7:30pm.

The Northern Virginia Relic Hunters Association (NVRHA) - Meets the first Tuesday of every month, 7:30pm, at the NRA building located near Rt. 66 and Rt. 50 in Fairfax, Va.

Coin Clubs

Bel Mar Coin Club - Bel Mar Coin Club is open to all new members meeting the minimum requirements for membership. See the Club Bylaws Page for full details. Regular Club Meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of each month, unless otherwise notified. Contact our Club President for times and location.

The Middle River Coin Club - The Middle River Coin Club was established in 1960 and has been in the Middle River Community Center Since 1970. We encourage coin collectors of all ages and levels of collectors. We meet at Victory Villa Community Center on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month. We have auctions and raffles at every meeting as well as discussions about coins and other interesting subjects.
